I haven’t shared this on the blog yet, mainly because it’s boring and personal, but I have a bad gallbladder and am anxiously awaiting my surgery to get it removed. On top of that, my family has been down with sickness for months. Seriously, at least one of us has been sick since October. It’s not been fun. I had pneumonia over Christmas, so my surgery was delayed from the beginning of January until the beginning of February. Ugh!
All of that to say, if things have seemed quieter over here on the blog, that is why. I’ve been sick and not feeling up to doing a lot. Thankfully, God orchestrated it that I would have a couple days of relief from the gallbladder attacks this past weekend at the same time that my husband had extra time off of work. It was SO nice! We hung out with the kids, played games, went outside, decluttered, and actually got some cleaning done! I can’t tell you how much better I feel about the house now that all the bathrooms are clean at the same time. #lifeluxuries 😉
Of course, just because my body is sick and doesn’t feel like doing anything, my brain just can’t stop designing and dreaming up new projects! I have a long list for 2017 that I will share with you soon!
